What pomegranate variety is good for growing in pots? I am in zone 8

I have lime and lemon on pots. They give very godd juicy fruit. Was wondering if pomegranates can grow that way too

Hi, Jonaid -

Almost any pomegranate variety can be grown in a container. Use a 10 gallon (40 liter) or larger pot and standard potting soil.

Pomegranates do not like excessive watering or rich soil. Also, like in all trees, make sure to keep dirt away from the base of the trunk.

I hope this answered your question! If you have more questions about growing pomegranates in pots, please ask as a reply below. If you have a different question, use the link below to ask a new question.
