I found this wonderful ebook by Andrew Perlot that I had to share with you, called "Savory Raw Dressings & Sauces", which shows you how to make your own salad dressings, pasta sauces, cold soups, and so on, using raw ingredients right from your garden.
It also has recipes, but the part I liked best is that Andrew teaches the process of making the sauces so you can create new ones with the ingredients you have.
This is a great ebook by Certified Horticulturist Jacki Cammidge. When I first read this I was overwhelmed with the amount of information that's packed into this little ebook. Wow!
Composting, rainwater, mulching, incorporating animals into your edible gardening, amendments ... and even more. Every time I read this I learn more. I think Jacki is selling this for not nearly enough.
Go grab your copy now, before she comes to her senses!
